UNETHICAL MEDICAL CONTRACTOR
This medical company we have here in the Florida Dept of Corruption (FDOC) is about as unethical and immoral as I've ever seen.
For they threaten their doctors, making them violate their hippocratic medical oath that they swear to uphold. Corizon, takes stupidity to a whole other level.
On Wednesday August 20, 2014 I go talk to the doctor about getting my wheelchair back, he states "No, that wheelchair almost cost me my job. I have a family and they come first." yep, Corizon Inc. has threatened and intimidated the doctor to where he no longer cares about his patients. He's job scared and putting his paycheck and benefits ahead of treating the inmates who he's here to take care of. Bottom line, we no longer have a doctor to treat us. This man is scared to death of being fired. They might as well fire him, he's not doing us any good.
This shouldn't be a surprise, our unethical Governor Rick Scott used medical contracts to swindle the taxpayers out of millions of dollars. Then in his deposition he plead the 5th I forget how many times, up in the 50's. Failing to answer the questions on the grounds they would incriminate him. So it's no wonder Corizon Inc., a contractor who came in under Governor Scott, is acting in an immoral and unethical manner, rescinding the doctors orders. And then threatening him with termination. This should be some type of medical board issue. Need to figure out how to file a complaint on this contractor and the D.R. These people are not here to benefit us.
This is the update with medical and I. They have approved the MRI. Once that's done, it'll show the nerve being pinched, hopefully it can be fixed with surgery and I can be up and walking again and back into an exercise schedule. That's the latest.
God bless you all.
In Peace + Love
Ronnie
