ONE STEP CLOSER TO DEATH!

The dishonorable court of the United States of America has denied my federal Habeas Corpus, putting me one step closer to death.

I've been under the delusion that one of these sorry courts in America would give a damn about due process constitution rights and poor white trash like myself. I'm a damn idiot for continuing to buy that "EQUAL JUSTICE CRAP"! Only thing poor white trash gets is equally screwed over by America's no good two faced judicial system. And that's just the hardcore truth about it.

The way my case has been mishandled from day one, the appointment of incompetent, inexperienced counsel, no rich person would ever have to endure.

Then I have to deal with an incompetent direct appeal attorney. I had three Caldwell vs. Mississippi violations that would have sent me back for resentencing. He didn't present them. Now I can't raise them. No! Now they are procedurally barred. Why? Because some stinking attorney failed to properly do his job! Welcome to unequal justice! Best in the world!!! O Yeah - at screwing the poor!

And then good old Mr. Brody and the crappy incompetent representation he gave me. I truly believe the judge gave him something to keep the blood clothing out of evidence and witness testimony off the record. They wouldn't have done this to a judges kid or senator or congressman's loved one. No, you don't screw over the rich! Their privileged in this country and it's slimy two face judicial system. You don't dare put a Kennedy on death row! Ted Kennedy didn't even go to prison in the 60's for that woman's death. Equality. Hahaha. Due process, constitution rights. These dishonorable judges are so fickle with applying legal cases that it's a friggin joke!! You can find the same exact cases, and the judge depending on his mood will apply or not apply the case law. America has a garbage judicial system I'd feel better if the arresting officers had blown my brains out on the street and threw my dead body in the ditch! Cause this court system is a stinking FRAUD!! And I don't care if you like it or not. Americans, because the fact remains it is what it is, a system that screws over the poor.

Yeah - I'm going to die in the death chamber and I'm going to go out speaking out against these dishonorable men and women of the court and their low life garbage judiciary system.
