STOP THE CROOKED IN OUR STATE GOVERNMENT

It's like there is a rapid growth in the penal system. Because our government want to crack down on crime; especially in Georgia. I understand about keeping society a safe place to live but ask yourself, is that the real reason so many people are coming to prison in Georgia? Georgia has gone to the extreme with life sentences.

The state of Georgia is giving life sentences with parole and without parole like it's cotton candy. Not all the cases are murder charges. Even if it was murder, whatever happened to sentencing some of these people on involuntary, voluntary or lesser charges? Such as you might have 3 co-defendants. One might be guilty of murder charges without the knowledge of the other two co-defendants knowing they might walk in and discover the body. So how would hey all be charged with murder? Then there is no DNA, for sure photo line identifying the suspect or a witness to tell what happened. Our society and government needs to start waking up to this crookedness within the government. What do I mean? A lot of people don't know what goes on during interrogation in these cases. Immediately I was taken into a room, was never read my Miranda rights until the end of the interrogation. There was a lot of coercion and threats and never asked if I needed an attorney.

So I am talking from experience. I have never been in trouble before. I have family members that are military police, police in the community and firefighters, etc. I would have never thought in a million years, I would be in prison for 17 years with a life.

But in Georgia it flies. Not many defendant's attorney's investigate who these witnesses really are. Sometimes that witness can be a person who is jealous of that person and that particular witness is trying to destroy the defendants character because they don't like that person.

In the state of Georgia, they keep compiling all these inmates with life and mandatory sentences up in the penal system. They are headed for a disaster in government finances, even though it's a multi-million dollar industry. When I came to prison we had three meals a day.

QUESTION: Why continue to hold the inmates if you can't take care of their medical needs and feed them? Pause and think about what I am saying. You go to medical and they say nothing wrong with you at Pulaski State Prison and then send you back to die. It's not just at this prison but all over Georgia, in the penal system.

Now we are down to nothing to eat. We only get fed just enough to survive. They feed us two meals on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays in Georgia. Our commissary store is so high. If your family doesn't have the money, you're out of gas. Then there are inmates who on medicine, that 'cause they appetite to increase. If you don't have no money, you're out of gas. They have a AM or PM snack, but it's not much for those inmates who are on medication that much for those inmates who are on medication that has to eat with they med. It's awful.

Question: There is a lot of money going into the prison industry. But where is it going? It's not going to our food and medical because those are two of the most unsuccessful departments of the prison system.

Sentence with the possibility of parole. For something I have no knowledge about. According to the law, everyone is entitled to a fair trial and due process of the law. But not in Georgia. They will go through any channel to destroy a person's character. Whether it's true or not, they do not care.

There needs to be an international investigation of how the judges are handling the criminal cases. Especially in Georgia but mainly in Bainbridge, Georgia Decatur of Judge A. Wallace Catt. Because of his habit of sentencing people harshly who are not risks in society; according to him, though, they are. This investigation needs to mainly focus on how the judges in Georgia are handing down these life and mandatory sentences with harshness and no evidence.

These problems are not just with the federal government. It's also within the state government. Because a lot of these cases are not properly investigated by the defendants lawyers. Many of the defendants' lawyers refused to hire investigators, expert witnesses, interview the state witnesses, impeach state witnesses, and will not allow witnesses on their client's behalf.

It's time for the people of society with incarcerated loved ones to take a stand. Stop setting back, wow! He or she has a life, death, or mandatory sentence. Do you know for sure that the person or your loved one was guilty? Was there a DNA, ID through photo line up, or was their information given by a witness? A lot of these cases in Georgia are made up of circumstantial evidence.

But if our lawyers whom we are appointed don't put pressure on the state to prove they care, your loved one will be sitting in prison. Or anyone else who is a prey to the state. Even though circumstantial evidence is admissible in the court of law.

Now, let's talk about the guilty inmates. Do they deserve to keep doing time after they have learned from their mistakes? I feel they should not. Because a lot of them have learned. But if society and the parole board doesn't give them a chance, how would anyone ever find out that you changed if you're not given a chance?

I am going to talk about Pulaski State Prison (Women) Facility. There are women at this facility who have learned from their mistakes and have big dreams. Some have life without parole, two life sentences, and mandatory sentences. What action are they taking? Some are fashion designers. They make clothes for the plays. There are those who write music, poems and books, and have had their work published. It is a lot of talent behind the bars. All because they have made one mistake.

Society feels the inmates are not good enough to live in they world. But if some of the law enforcement and average citizen in society accidentally or deliberately break the same law that the inmates already incarcerated broken. It's okay, some gets bumped off with lesser charges. Jurors, judges, and DA (government) needs become more conscious of how they are sentencing defendants. Things are getting out of hand with the sentencing in Georgia.

I challenge our citizens and government to do better by letting these one and 14 lifers and mandatory sentences out of prison. Give them another chance at life. I am not talking about the people who have been in trouble repeatedly. I am talking about those who has never been trouble. This is the first time. If they mess up, guess what? It's on them.

To my viewers, please excuse my mess up. We are not allowed to have certain things.

Take care. LOL
