To be a man is to possess the strength to love others without controlling them
To be a man is to experience the courage to accept another, rather than the need to be powerful and to give orders.
To be a man is to keep faith within human values in relationships, not to value oneself by position or possessions.
To be a an requires self-sacrificing love.
Self-sacrificing love always want the best for another.
It accepts the other as a person of worth and value.
It seeks to help that person grow and develop.
It does not reach down to the one loved.
It stands alongside on a give-receive basis.
Jesus Christ was and is the Perfect example of how to be a self-sacrificing man.
