Allan,
I finally figured out how to go to your blog. What a great outlet this must be.

I have been trying to write a letter for so long, but never seem to get that accomplished. So hopefully this will get to you ok.

All is well in Memphis. My work has been challenging with the economy as it is. Bills keep pilling up, and business is not what it used to be. The press says the economy is improving. But it has not gotten down to my level yet. Maybe next year.

The Choir is as strong as ever, and Chuck is leading us into another Candle light service this next Sunday. Some new fun pieces and only a couple that are extra challenging. They would not be hard for you to read and figure out. But I still struggle with a few.

The tenor section is fairly consistent with 4 of us. I probably miss more Sunday's than most. Chuck and I still sing Tenor, and we have an older women Nancy and Paul who are newer to the choir. Both of them read music better than I do. So it is a fairly solid section. Not enough young folks joining the choir though. But I think that is the situation with the whole church.

I will cut this post short, since I don't know if this is the right format to get in touch with you.

Just know that I am thinking about you and your family during the Holidays, and look forward to reading more on your posts.

Allan,

I forgot that this is not email. So it does not tell you who just sent that post. It is Tim Parks. I guess you figured that out. But I am just putting it all together now.
