Mike Brown

Let me send my condolences to the family of Mike Brown,
It's a cold world when a black man can get gunned down.
In the middle of his city on the street in broad daylight,
By a white man whose job is to serve and protect life.
A nation of strife built on beliefs that are incorrect,
Let's be direct the racial divide is a disconnect.
And in retrospect we need to build on our intellect,
Then disinfect all of the hate and this disrespect.
If you recollect we all came from the same people,
And in a nation of religion shouldn't we all be treated equal?

Love,
KIYOSHI
