Nicki,

It was so good to hear from you. It has been a while. I thought you had moved on. I am glad you are still with me. I have had a difficult time these past few months. The chains impeding my freedom has grown a bit heavier these days. I'm surviving though. My faith is strong in spite of my wavering from time-to-time. I'm keeping busy with my artworks. Just had an exhibit at Temple University Law School. Very impactful.
The tide is turning on the death penalty. Many States can't get the chemicals for the compound any more, so they've given up on executions. Others have abolished it because too many wrongful convictions has come to light. Some State officials eager to kill have been caught trying to purchase the drugs on the "Black Market", and others are trying to resurrect old methods like electric chair, hanging & firing squad. It's sad that these people are so anxious to kill us despite of the many revelations of misconduct & wrongful convictions. Sixty-one non-violent drug cases were released due to over sentencing.
My case is still dragging on. Waiting for more evidence to be turned over by the procrastinating Assistant District Attorney.
We're permitted to have "Tablets" now (No Internet Access). We can purchase music & exchange emails with you if you open an account at connectnetwork.com or PADOC.NET (How To Email An Inmate) it cost .25 a message. Some difficulty opening over-seas accounts.
Glad to hear that you're doing well. Hope to hear from you again soon.

Daniel
