Thank you for the shout out. It does my spirit good to receive encouraging words and acknowledgement for my efforts. Sometimes it feels like I'm in this fight alone, and that no one cares. But my experiences throughout the years is showing me that people do care, and that's how I was able to acquire the correspondence course I am now engaged in. The kindness of strangers has lifted me up and set me on my path. Education is very important to me, especially now that it was my own ignorance of the law and my rights that afforded this corrupt system the opportunity to do this to me.
What's so ironic is that I'm currently engaged in a legal battle about a contract dispute with the DOC and I just aced my exam on the contract topic. The issue I'm in dispute over is an issue I just studied! Putting what I've learned to use already! The issue I pursue will affect all DOC prisoners.
Again, thank you for your support, and I hope to hear from you again.
