Thank you for transcribing my post. The tech situation is nutty. For almost 2 months, the tablet has been unavailable for purchase. The only explanation we get is that they're out of stock. Rumor has it that JPay sued the DOC & Global Tel Link because they were up for the contract and already had their system in place. Then the DOC renege on the deal because Global Tel Link offered a higher kickback.
The kiosks are still breaking down and are slow to repair. The overseas email service is still spotty. My friends haven't been able to log on. There are still some glitches. I hope it gets better.
