Hello Jamie,

Glad you liked my artwork.

Yeah, crimes of violence in particular scare people, myself included. There's lots of different motivations for people to act violently—greed, lust, anger, fear, envy—my motivation was fear. I was paranoid, and I protected myself from an imaginary danger. In the process I ruined my life and other people's lives too.

It's too bad my written and visual art don't sell for meaningful amounts of money. I would gladly offer restitution if money came in. I've done dirty to a lot of people, and I'm scared of what's waiting for me on the other side of death's door. I don't want to go to Hell. My prayers (repetitive) ask for the ways and means to make amends to a multitude of people I have caused loss and injury to.

I might stay in prison till I die. I don't want to, but whatever Allah wrote for me is what I've got. It would be a big blessing to reconcile with a lot of people I have hurt. Nothing says you're sorry like a medium-sized pile of money.

Whatchoo studying?

James
