Re: Still in a Segregation Unit: I Finally Got a Contact Visit.
Greetings. Yes, I'm still here. Trump was elected moron—I mean, President of the US. I didn't vote for him though. But I'm willing to change my views of him if he starts releasing all prisoners.
Okay, a quick update: sorry for not writing soon. Been kind of busy. I got things to do nowadays. :)
I was finally allowed to have a contact visit with my sister this past Saturday, and it was really nice to hold her after 30-something years. She said it's been 33 years. I said 35 years since we last had contact, but who cares. One day is too damn long. That visit made my day. I am still happy 'cause of it.
My sister wanted to take a picture which we did. I told her I'd leave my glasses on through because I had a black eye from a fight I was on in Wednesday. So it was still fresh. I didn't want her to see it because she'd think I started it like I normally did. I told her I'm a different person these days. I no longer start fights, I finish them. I got a black eye but the other guy looked way worse.
The messed up part of it all is that the Parole Board will see it as a fact that I have not changed and any violence looks bad. The last fight they denied me ten years. This guy looked worse so I'm really worried right now. :( I may need to change my responses and let the other guy sock me up so I could get some sympathy. What do you think?
