Dear Father

Dear Father, I really need your help! This problem is crushing me. I can't stand this! Before I get into that, I suppose I should pary for those that are homeless and lost in addiction.

For those who do not have enough food to eat, especially for those parents who must watch their children go to bed hungry.

Oh my Lord, those who are in absolute agony, being devoured by cancer, somewhere, Father, there is a husband forced to watch his wife slowly and painfully die. I lift him before you, Father, and beg you, cause him to know you are there.

There are so many afflicted with AIDS, Father, who are suffering horribly. Send your saints to them wherever they are.

Dear God, there are hundreds of millions who do not know you, who therefore have never even known joy. Show me, Father, those around me that need you. Then fill me, Father, and use me to introduce them to you and our family. I pray.

Funny thing, Father, I can't seem to recall exactly what that problem is.

Amen.
