So I was finally approved for 17 Level promotion. It's not guarantee that I will maintain the level promotion or be promoted to level 4.
What you need to understand is the constant manipulation and brainwashing assaultive achiever that they they conduct. [redacted And the government allow them to] that such conduct which is illegal by any standards of law. If a citizen who's not a government official committed such acts, that person would surely have been prosecuted and placed in prison.
