Don't be alarmed. Something's moving me to pen this. Not exactly sure why. But I trust God. Someone will be blessed by it—supremely.

Here goes.

So there's a lot of commercials out there that advertise stool softners, constipation pills/drinks, and whatnots.

But (no pun intended) I'm here to tell you there's better ways, FREE ways, God has blessed us with to stay regular and relieve constipation.

1.) Water
2.) Sit-ups, crunches
3.) Walking
4.) Jogging
5.) Putting your hand on your stomach and praying, asking God to help you have a bowel movement
6.) Laying on your stomach
7.) Putting weight on your stomach, a dictionary or a couple of books totaling 5-10 lbs.
8.) Bending over the side of the bed/chair like this [drawing of a bent over stick man laying upper torso over the end of a bed with knees flat on ground.]
9.) Even grabbing some headphones and small radio, and letting your stomach listen to some soothing music. For me, it's gospel. :)
