What Do You Like?
What do you like?
Could it be my smile that lights up the dark cloudy days?
Or maybe it's my calm demeanor and easygoing ways
My understanding manner, my giving heart
My educated mind and street-smart.
What do you like?
is it my dark, mysterious side or my more handcore serious side?
Could it be my hatred for ignorant racists or my impatience for those who can't think
beyond the basic?
What do you like?
Maybe it's my total disregard for the law
Or the way I've learned to embrace my flaws?
Is it that I sometimes lose control of my anger
Or that I like guns, fast lane living, and danger?
What do you like?
You can like all of it or none of it
It doesn't matter as long as I love it
I can't please everyone nor would I try
It's me I have to satisfy and don't care what you like
How do you like me now?
