Dear Senator Aaron Bean 8/21/19
Well today is Wednesday August 21, 2019. And the Colonel came by this morning. He passed by my cell, I was typing an email he took a couple of steps and then he came back. He said, "What's going on?" I said, "Well I'm sure you know what I've been writing." And I tried to discuss what them yard officers did yesterday. So after I told him ,what I also said in the Formal Complaint,( that hopefully you've gotten by now.) He said, "So you didn't hear them say that, your going on hearsay?!" And he got up set with me ,said, "I'm going to check on something I'll be back!" And said it in a hostile aggressive manner. So I've already started playing defense, expecting some sort of retaliation. I shouldn't have even attempted to talk to him. I need to get Mr Palmer assistant regional director up here, cause I know he's not okay with this unethical conduct. Think about this, if one inmate said it, its questionable, I would say okay is he reliable? What's his motive for telling me. I didn't have one ,two or three inmates tell me what staff had told them. No their was a bunch of guys pulling me to the side telling me, this and several were guys that's I know aren't going to lie.
And if you look at the formal complaint, I want polygraph exams to find out how high this goes. When I was assaulted in 2012, it went all the way up to the Warden, I don't believe what was tried yesterday, goes that high, but really you never know! There's not much difference between a officer and the warden's office, other than a few more years experience. When someone at the top says shut him up,and shut him down, well they follow orders!! Yes I'm high profile, so like I was telling guys yesterday, it would be crazy for them to jump on me. Then I thought to May 2012, and thought.... I didn't think they would do that neither. So never underestimate the hate they have in their hearts, and what they'll do to you. Yes their capable of crossing that line, which we seen a Captain at Lake Correctional Institution last month go from one side of the bars to the other, for assaulting that inmate there on camera. And then lying and falsifying documents to try to cover it up. So never say never, cause these people have shown that their capable of breaking the law, and beating the hell out of people for a whole lot less than what I'm doing! They do not like you Senator's and House Representatives looking into these conditions, much less staff violations of 33-208.002 Rules of conduct.
I need y'all to keep your eye on me. I'll continue to write, and do what I do, but my only protection is your voice warning FDOC personnel not to step over this illegal line of retaliatory behaviour. Keep the Senators and House Representatives eyes on this place please.
I thank you for your time and help. Please take care and continue to work towards positive change. God bless you.
Sincerely Ronald W. Clark Jr. #812974
