UNSPOKEN TRUTH REVEAL

How do I express how I feel to a woman that I don't know if she would feel the same?
(Often this question affects our lives yet fear controls what we do.)

-SO THE TRUTH-

Since I was 12 I've been confined to the system, being stripped of any chance to connect with my equal. And then you came into my life, innocent, yet your blue eyes showed pain and sorrow, which made my heart stop at the fact that someone as beautiful as you could've endured such pain so young. And then I notice you use jokes and laughter to conceal your pain and suffering, so that you won't have to relive it daily—which you do anyways because it's a part of you and doesn't make it who you are.

However, it's what I saw in you that made me want to understand your struggle and your story that made you who you are. It was your willingness to strive for self-worth and the struggle that you have that allowed you to free yourself from the hold he has over you. I could tell you weren't a push over yet you still long for a man's touch, strength, and unspoken JEWELS to fulfill what was taken and lost.

Nevertheless, your ambition to fight for a better you made ma want to be better for you so that I could earn the chance to get to understand you and hopefully get the chance to be a part of your inner beauty.

For me, your outer beauty gave me the opportunity to cherish what stood in front of me while I earned the right to get to understand your inner beauty, for your inner beauty holds so much pure wisdom, strength, knowledge, and worth that any man lucky enough to be let inside would cherish that moment for life.

I'm understand that I'm at a disadvantage because of my current situation. Yet I'm at an advantage because I have the tools to listen and produce the JEWELS to strengthen your self-worth. In return, I have an equal who cherishes my worth as much as I hers.

Final statement: Never assume that these words are to game you or somehow get you to do things for me. Never assume that you don't have the right to ask questions because you do. It's the only way you'll get to know if what I'm saying is pure and genuine. Being hurt myself in life has given me the chance to strengthen my own worth and overcome my own fears of rejection.

So, do understand that I don't write these words to you lightly. I hope that you see that I'm being honest in my quest to get to know you.

Conclusion: Please don't see this as more than what it truly is because there will never be true love without true friendship, and a friend is all I want to be at the moment because I'd rather have you as my friend then not have you in my life at all. Nevertheless, being honest is something I have to be because lies only undoes the bond we already have.

Remember, the only way to truly love another is to fully love your entire self, which means the good and the bad that comes along with being you.
