I wonder if I've asked these questions before? (I know I meant
to). I don't recall where I first heard them, but I didn't come up with them
on my own and they did get me thinking:
#1) Would you rather be a genius in a world full of not-so-
bright people (dunces); or would you rather unintelligent in a world
full of geniuses?

#2) Would you rather be stranded on a desert island (or
any remote, inescapable place), completely alone; or would you
be stranded but with one other person- someone you hate?

I have my answers, and I've gotten a few interesting takes from people I've asked around here (all of whom I'm stranded with, among
a population of... let's say, relatively homogenous intelligence). I'd
really like to hear your answers, and why you'd answer that way.

Happy Season's Christmas Merry Chanukka Time Greetings!

1. Hmmm. Is "unintelligence" something of one's own perception of themselves, or only of others? Personally I would choose superior emotional or spiritual intelligence every time, and that would get me through whether I was stuck with geniuses or dunces (in the cognitive/intellectual sense).

2. I'd rather be stranded all alone. Especially after thinking about this since receiving a letter recently from someone who might be a lot like you!
