Happy new year to all. My thanks for the support and friendship the many readers writers posted coments. it means alot to me to get your feedback. Being objective- hearing all sides, views, I am appreciative of everyones points of view.
Although my recent appeal was denied, its just a step i must pass through to get to the meat and potato's of the legal issues. Lets kepe eyes focused on the biger picture - reaching the goal to have the truth exposed about the blatent violations of the basic fundamental of trial process the law and defendants rights to a fair trial.
I hope to get a fair trial and have the truth heard some day...

I am sorry to hear that your appeal was denied. I am not familiar with all the details in your case, but after what I have been reading so far, it seems to me that you have evidence for what caused Dennise's death in the hospital.
What can you actually do to get a new, fair trial ?
Are the problems bad defense attorneys or the system?
