"INNOCENCE VERSUS IGNORANCE"
By Ronald W. Clark Jr.
The story needs to be told, now whether it's true or not, I can't say. But I don't put anything past our United States judicial system, and the unethical prosecutors and Justices we have. James Daily, is currently sitting on death watch, waiting to die for a murder that he did not commit. While Jack Pearcy confessed to the brutal murder of a 14 year old Shelly Boggio in a sworn affidavit. He was suppose to appear in court to testify to the actual facts of the murder. But when he got on the stand, he refused to speak. Now there's rumors and speculation that the prosecutor told him, that if he testified, that they would ensure that he does not get paroled. If this is true, and I don't put it past our unethical judiciary system, then they would rather put a child killer back on the street, and execute an innocent man, than admit to another judicial blunder, and one where they've almost murdered another innocent man under the mantel of justice!! Florida has 29 exonerations! TWENTY NINE innocent men who was scheduled to be aborted, snuffed out by the state! Twenty nine deadly documented mistakes where they sentenced and tried to kill an innocent citizen. This state-run judiciary system is rife with fundamental judicial flaws!! This is a state that is incapable of rightly and justly handing out a severe punishment!!! Twenty nine innocent men have almost met their demise due to overzealous prosecutors chasing fame and fortune through political aspirations and the misuse of capital punishment!! And here we are again, with the same scenario! Where they're trying to cover up the facts, rather than find the truth! Truth justice and the American way! Well I say where's the truth and justice in this?! Free a potential child killer, and murder and innocent man! Seems to be the truth is the same place the scales of justice is, hid within Florida's judiciary cesspool!! This is clearly another case, that proves that the great state of FLorida is incapable of having such an extreme punishment under their care and control. For when you're willing to bury the truth with an innocent life, and put a potential child killer back on the street, then your morals are as fundamentally flawed as your judiciary process. May God have mercy, because the state of Florida sure doesn't have any mercy, compassion, integrity or a moral compass to direct them on truth justice and the American way.
