Title: Niamh
Thanks for you comments posted on my blog of July 19,2020 "How To Be a Hero And Save Lives". Unfortunately, the Board of Parole Hearings (BPH) denied me parole for 5 years. The claimed, based on my disciplinary record in prison, that I "lacked insight" into my criminal behavior and that I pose "an unreasonable risk to public safety". This is because I denied the veracity and accuracy of falsified Rule Violation Reports (RVRs), and justified my use of violence as "defensive force" against aggressions.
I will continue to comply with recommended self-help/rehabilitative programs and pursue my educational goals/job-training in spite of board finding.
Thanks for you comments! Stay Safe!

Thanks for your comments posted on my blog of July 15,2020, "Parole Preparation Updates!". I recently reapplied/registered for fall 2020 semester classes at Coastline College, including Geology and Humanities (with an alternate choice of Cultural Anthropology). Also, at Hartnell College- Introduction to Business. So, I'm taking three courses altogether, I just wish I could pursue my education outside of prison.
By the time I attend my next parole hearing in 5 years, I will have my associates in Arts(A.A.) degree. Also, I plan to enroll in Blackstone Career Institute's certified paralegal course.
Thanks again for your comments! Take care & stay safe! Smile!
