Vote YES on Prop 17
Proposition 17 restores the voting rights of those on parole.
Nearly 50,000 Californians on parole pay taxes at the local, state, and federal levels. However, they are not able to vote at any level of government. This system operates as "taxation without representation," which is antithetical to the founding of this country.
Have your loved ones VOTE - YES on Prop 17
This is a huge voting block that can effectively assist in changing legislation.

Vote NO on Prop 20
Proposition 20 rolls back on the advancements on Prop's 47, 57, and AB109
This ballot initiative was designed to make changes to AB 109 (2011), Proposition 47 (2014), and Proposition 57 (2016) -- three measures that were each intended to reduce the state's prison population.
Have your loved ones VOTE - NO on Prop 20
The ballot initiative would make specific types of theft and fraud crimes, including firearm theft, vehicle theft, and unlawful use of a credit card, chargeable as misdemeanors or felonies, rather than misdemeanors. Essentially this would make things harder for those incarcerated.
