Defendant's Motion to Dismiss

My dear brothers and sisters in the struggle for prison reform. The Date for the hearing changed to 7/21/22 as you can read the NOTICE TO APPEAR, so that my supporters can be able to organise attendance. Besides all the other issues that are being presented, there is the greatest one in dealing with the PRISON PROMOTION OF HOMOSEXUALITY THAT IS AN INFRINGEMENT OF THE RIGHTS OF THE HETEROSEXUAL PRISON POPULATION.

1: reducing the visits by new restriction of how many people can visits - Even little children have to be seated in a chair without moving and one kiss to the family in the cheek.

2: The mail issue became another problem. We can't receive letters from our loved ones, only the photo copies of these letters.

3: The security people of the years have used the drug incidents that have taken place to justify the restrictions on 1/26/2018, affecting the entire population; Before the pandemic until now 6/15/22.

In addition to this phenomenon, the transgenders have been legally authorised to use lipstick, braziers, color for their hair and single cell status in many cases. etc., etc., Many other prisoners opted for homosexual behaviour by having sex with men who look like women.
