I ask all of you to contact your Congress-members of both Houses, the Mid-Atlantic Regional Director, and/or the Director of the BOP in Washington and demand that Warden Liu (pronounced "Loo") of FCC-Petersburg quit freezing inmates' accounts who have not been found guilty of anything and are being punished without a hearing.
In addition, he is placing encumbrances upon other inmates who have already been sanctioned by the DHO (Disciplinary Hearing Officer) after they've been found guilty of an infraction of the rules. He is adding, arbitrarily and capriciously, to the punishment they've already received from the proper hearing office.
Please stop this!!
