I was really excited to get your message. Meant to get back to you sooner. Anyways this dorect reply is a new feature and if I am understanding it correctly, you will get notofication that I replied which is cool.
Yeah, I am still running. not very fast byt hey nobody fast has ever run hee so I seem good. Can't catch a break on the marathon days though. Two years in a row we ran with wind gusts up to 40 MPH. In 2010 I tried to stay on sub 3 pace and blew up. Walked a bunch to a second place 3:40. This year I backed off but got hurt. My hip locked up so most of the last 5 mils were walk and run - first place 3:41. Oh well, ran some decent races otherwise.
I've been having Justin keep me up to date on you as much as possible. He sent me the New England Runnmer cover and story. That was cool. glad to hear you are back a it. Where are you planning to run the spring marathon?
congratulations on the new home. I hope I'll hear from you again soon. Update me on the rest of your life... it has been 6 years. Family, relationship, work etc...All my best.
