Sorry it's been so long since I wrote anything.

But paper stamps and envelopes are hard to come by in here and new. The new information from the Feds.

we keep hearing Rumours about changes coming in Feb.

Things keep getting worse here at LIM, the mail takes 3 weeks so get so less.

How was your holidays?

I will respond as soon as I can so anyone that writes
