DO DEMOCRATS HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT WALL STREETERS? NO HERE'S WHY

Wall Street Occupiers are the poor. Poor Christians, Muslims, Jews, Buddhist, Gays, Lesbians, Trans-genders, bisexuals etc. They are hippies and whichever other groups you want to throw in there (for the lack of a better word), it's a progressive bouillon.

There are common people who share and pulsate "Main Streets" of America. Those people are presently unclassified because they are teachers, lawyers, blue-collar workers, and ironically, a small portion of the white collar workers. They are black people, white people, and all kinds of backgrounds Latinos-indigenous-immigrants. They are the other America who are dissatisfied with politics, corruption, lies and false promises of big 500 Companies. Of false advertisements, and injustice done (in the office of the politician) and (every board room and drawing room of the executive) and (every sanctum of the affluent and elite). And these fragments of the Occupy Movements have one glue that binds them perpetually and unanimously together "Dissatisfaction".

DEMOCRATS ARE GOOD WHERE THEY ARE FOR OWS & NEED TO STAY PUT

Forever, since anyone could remember Democrats' ideology stood for these people-the disabled, the poor, the weak and the undesirable or (Wall Street Occupiers), most of them anyway. So Democrats can breathe easily and carry on with their ideology and their way of thinking. OWS is in their back alley. Eventually the throngs of OWS will steer toward them, Democrats have such a caldron for the recipe of requests that the (OWS) groups want. The Republicans can't create that environment even if they wanted to. It's too late for a romantic encounter between the (OWS) and the Republicans.

Moreover, there's only one ideology which can manage to stir this "bouillon" of people and still be tasteful or natural for the upcoming 2012 political climate. And that's liberalism.

(OWS) WILL NOT FLUCTUATE TOWARD THE REPUBLICANS

OWS will not fluctuate toward the conservative school of thought one way or the other, even though OWS is non-political now. But when and if their political leader emerges, whoever he/she may be. The Democrats will reap largely the benefits. All he/she has to do is to suggest that OWS vote their choice, and it's over for the Republicans.

Thus, the Democratic leadership is doing exactly what it is supposed to do. Relax and wait for the harvest. The Occupy movement is not theirs, but the benefits thereof will be eventually.

REPUBLICANS ARE IN TROUBLE POLITICALLY SINCE THE EMERGENCE OF OWS AND BOTH PARTIES KNOW IT

Conservative ideology in retrospect stood for the wealthy and still does (at least in the minds of most Wall Street occupiers). And conservatism and its ideology have historically injured the poor. It was Reaganism to cut welfare and benefits to the poor, undesirables and immigrants and hippies who are the real precursors of the OWS movement. This movement is similar to the Haitian "Lavalas" (Avalanche), because it attracts, gains, and embeds together in one the thought of dissatisfaction of the poor and less fortunate with the wealthy, which the Republican Party support. And all historical evidence of the party supporting and working for the wealthy are undeniable and indisputable. And on top of that to most of people who are participating in the movement (considering the above list). The wealthy person, the Southerner conservative, and tea-party supporters are woven in and cut from the same fabric, that constitutes the Republican Party.

LOOKING AT IT BLACK AND WHITE

Considering these two perpetually controversial groups and their adherent cultures. Black and White.

What negro spiritual, rap and R&B does to the majority of blacks, is what the classical music of Bach and Beethoven and the Beatles does to the whites. What the black man sees when he looks at the Sphinx, is what the white man sees when he looks up to the Greek Acropolis. Yet, some whites love R&B and rap, the Blues and some blacks love Bach, Beethoven and Rock and Roll. One can celebrate one and loathe the other.

The black man went to school and made to learn Greek culture and Mythology. The white man went to school and appreciate "Iliad" and Greek Myth. The black man is influenced by Egyptology and negro spiritual. The white man is influenced by Plato and Aristotle. Some blacks resents the Greek culture and colonialism, it reminds them of something. Some whites resent negro spirituals, among other things of the black culture, because it reminds him of something he does not want to be reminded of.

One culture an anchor for one; to another it's loathsome. America is made of both cultures and some. The conservative thought cannot reconcile in one both groups and their roots or the rest of (OWS). Unless there came along another party; the closest ideology which can agree with both roots and the whole (OWS) is the liberal progressive. Because liberal thought is a "bouillon", a melting pot, that tolerates, and adapt to any and all cultural backgrounds, whether Christians, Moslems, Jews, Buddhism, gay and (GLBT), and independents in the general progressive tolerance. That is why the Democrats should not worry.

DO REPUBLICAN HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT OWS? YES

The party-line is drawn already for OWS. It's the "rich" against the poor; even an inexperienced person can see and hear the "lines" of both parties, in their speeches and conclusions about taxes, and job creation.

ABOUT JOB CREATION

Even though some conservative ideas are good such as lower taxes or no taxes for corporations for returning, so that the jobs that American corporations took overseas can return; or even rewarding small businesses etc... However, the word "Corporation" to a occupier of Wall Street, is the exact idealism that they are fighting (the whole definition of the word).

One has to understand the core of OWS, in order to design and bring an effective response to favor his/her party. The right have to be very careful not to under-estimate OWS. The left have to do little to be favored by the OWS. The Republicans on the other hand have to study deeply the movement to effectively react to it. For instance, Herman Cain told Time magazine (Oct. 24, 2011) "If you don't have a job and you're not rich, blame yourself." This statement is the voice of every Republican and Southerner. And Cain's statement and the motto of the conservative party, which is a stark contrast to the OWS movement and ideology. But Obama have said and will say that: "the rich should pay their share." Cain statement reverberates the whole conservative ideology, past and present agenda. But Obama statement is true to OWS and the battle is on two sides. OWS is on one side and the Republicans on the other. The words of Herman Cain re-echoed all the way back to the years when Reagan cut welfare to the black masses and the poor (Cubans and Haitian immigrants) and the hobos, the hippies in general. It is very late in the hour for the Republican Party to purify their ideology. The Republican Party has been fighting for the rich (so it seems) for decades. And Democrats have been fighting for the poor (so it seems) even if corporate funds have been funnelled to Democratic candidates.

Obama and the Democrats don't have to do anything for their party to benefit from the OWS, except to post a You-Tube video, asking the rich "to pay their share". Herman Cain and the Republicans will incite more anger in the OWS protesters by saying: "if you don't have a job, and you're not rich, blame yourself"; these words echoed in the valleys of Occupy Wall-Streeters for a long time, long before the movement even started, and it proved that conservatives can't comprehend the threnodic song of the OWS. Occupy Wall Street is a message to the right and the rich.

WILL OCCUPY WALL STREET GROW INTO A BIGGER MOVEMENT?

Because of its intensity and speed the movement is really "Occupy the rich's territory", than it is "Occupy Wall Street", because it is a global movement already, it will probably merge with the "Arab Spring", then needless to respond to the above question. Yes, there is a bond between these two movements. IF "Arab Spring" is not over (look at Syria), then OWS is not over either. Dissatisfaction between the movements make their causes, one cause. Middle Eastern countries are dissatisfied and fed-up with "dictatorship" and corruption; OWS and Westerners are dissatisfied with the "wealthy" and "corruption" and "injustice". These are the glue that bond the two movements, and their protocol for spreading is "Facebook", "Twitter" and "blogs".

HOW LONG WILL OWS LASTS?

The bigger question is: How long will this movement and other movements like it last?

As long as there is dissatisfaction, injustice, lack of work, and obviously a slow economy, OWS will thrive. Because according to occupiers "the rich and wealthy are the reason why the economy is in recession. The rich and wealthy own the banks and orchestrated the housing bubble because of their greed, the economy is the way it is" and there is no retracting from this idealism. As long as there is dissatisfaction and angst out there, OWS will thrive. Dissatisfaction is the bacteria of the OWS movement epidemy; and frustration is the germ that spread that epidemy of OWS's illness. Dissatisfaction and frustration are symbiotic to OWS.

Frustration aroused from lack of work and lack of money to spend on Main Street. Dissatisfaction aroused from the reports of increased corporate salaries and cutting of jobs for the middle class and poor. A tiny percentage of dissatisfied individuals committed crimes and resorted to behaviors against their moral codes. They committed crimes like retail theft, and robbery and progressed to bigger crimes such as shooting up past employment sites in a post-office style (this crime is very low in nature).

HOPELESSNESS OF SOME OF THE OWSer

The frustration of some of the occupiers is so high that people has no choice but to join the OWS movement. So the movement will not die unless the masses get their #1 request "Jobs" and to them it is "Wall Street's" fault and their greed, which is the reason for all of this pain.

BAD ACTS CAUSED BY RECESSION

There was a report in the Milwaukee Journal in early 2011 that: "A couple was out there stealing copper and brass flower vases from the cemeteries", the robbers were caught on surveillance camera (see also Channel 12 News). When people resort to these humiliating acts, it is bad out there. The poor, the homeless are suffering more through this; and the middle class is transforming into the poor class. In fact, more previously middle-class families are now poor-living (from paycheck to paycheck).

People are committing acts that they have never dreamed of committing before. People are stealing scrap metals, and selling and pawning valuables and memorial items left by close relatives, so they could put food on the table. A mother of 3 had only $20.00 to last for the weekend.

CAN THE RICH AND WEALTHY UNDERSTAND THE DILEMMA OF THE POOR AND POOREST?

Can the wealthy along with the conservative Republicans and their allies really understand the poor? Never!

Can one who said: "If you have no job and you're poor, it's your fault!" understand the OWS and the humble state of minds of these individuals? They do not want to understand!

I don't even think the investigative reporters who report these "good stories" understand these stories, as much as they feel and those who experience these stories. Because these reporters themselves are quite better off, than the actors of these stories like living from paycheck to paycheck. Stealing and selling scrap metals; pawning valuables and irreplaceable memorial items left by their loved ones. These acts were reserved for the addicts and the criminals, the homeless and the lowest of American society. Now regular honest people, and formerly middle-class, honest American citizens are committing these acts? Yes, some citizens would never commit these acts, even until they die; that is at least the reasoning of those who never experienced these and probably never will. But one cannot arrive at an absolute conclusion of the fate of one who has committed these. As long as the above acts are been committed by people who would have not committed them, except for the lack of a job and money. And no, this is not about "certified criminals" who would have committed them, regardless of the state of the economy, but about the obvious lack of job and income.

ABOUT FOOD SHELVES AND FOOD STAMP PROGRAM AND OTHER GOVERNMENTAL ASSISTANCE

Those who flocked to food shelves and government assistance are those formerly of the middle class and the proud citizens who resort to homeless shelters and those who have to live in tents in tents cities and in their relatives' backyards. These aforementioned acts if continued will increase and intensify as the "Birthpangs" of a woman in travail, I suspect and prophesied by the good book... will increase in cities around the nation. Who can understand the OWS?

Let's take a trip on the wild side across the track to see. To the poorest of the poorest, in the black and Hispanic communities where there have been rising crimes; where also there have been proud people who have never committed crimes, because of their values and morals. These individuals only know honest hard work, and depend on a paycheck even before the recession and the OWS. What will they do?

WHO REALLY IS THE OWS' PROBLEM?

The OWS throngs came to a true revelation, and an incredible fact that Obama and other politicians are not the sole cause of their problems. They have come to the sudden epiphanic moment that their troubles and woes are the effectual product of an entity bigger than Washington, a 1% nucleus more powerful than them, the 99% (the previously silent majority). So Wall Street occupiers are not going away soon. This movement I predict will take a sharp nuance to where Nobody knows, and I have a feeling that the 2012 election will be quite interesting with this group of voters. And the mass of the masses will join eventually. And the "2012 end of the world" that eccentrics have been following so closely will be the "end of politics" as we know it in Washington.

WHICH POLITICAL PARTY WILL LOSE MOST?

The Democratic Party will probably pay later. But judgment day for the Republican Party is near as hurricanes in hurricane season. The conservatives will lose greatly. Because this avalanche of OWS will bring with it the death of many conservatives, politicians who are "all associated" with Wall Street, and the wealthy, and that means all of them, especially the "Tea Party". OWS does not have a request and not asking for anything; they are sharing something: The revelation of "We know now who is the problem" (the 1%). We can either join them or stay on the sideline. If you are a former middle-class or poor, OWS is no longer a euphemistical idea from Canada; now it is a serious movement that will get more serious and one frankly that the conservatives' think-tanks wish would stop. Unlikely, the OWS will join the Democrat or will become a party itself or will rule the decisions made by the Democratic Party, just like the Tea Party did in the Republican Party. Maybe the Mayas saw this (the end of politics as we know it) in their vision and prophecy for 2012.

Does the wealthy, whether Democrat or Republican, understands OWS?

This movement at best is a cross of ideas between the "Arab Spring" and the "Greek crisis" and their protocol transmission is the world wide web. But there are segments of society that OWS have not covered yet, such as the States' deeply crooked judicial systems where judges and prosecutors are the sole decision makers in severing someone's life. The States' public defenders are also part of the ongoing conspiracies to slowly railroad minorities in a system who cannot afford effective advocate due to lack of fund against the fisc of the States.

THE FORGOTTEN GROUP OF OWS, THE POOREST (THE PRISONER)

If the citizens of this country really want to have a genuine discussion about poverty. The prisoner can't be excluded out of this most important argument for the poor. In fact, crime and poverty are so intertwined that one can fairly say they are symbiotic. And they are, because because of crimes, more and more men are being removed from their homes and families (even though there is a percentage who would commit crimes in any event). But there also remain a percentage (like the addicts and the non-violent) who could have been helped in the process when they have committed a crime. Some of them really are crying out for help, and no help were given them, except a small jail cell they share with another who might be more violent than that petty criminal. In fact that misdemeanor cause him/her to be in a comprising and dangerous situation. Oh, by the way, guess who pushed legislative action that, that man/woman who committed a petty crime to be put in a jail cell? You've guessed it, the conservative and Reaganists! It was at one time more acceptable to spend $25,000 a year or more of states' and federal taxes, to keep this person off the street for stealing some food, or retail theft. Would it have been too generous to loan this person the $25,000, and charged him/her as punishment to start a business and pay the cost of the retail theft, or for the food he/she probably stole to feed his/her family?

WHERE ARE WE GOING TO PUT THEM?

There are also the "Public Defender Offices" of the states and the federal government who use the tax dollars who pays greedy lawyers $40-80/hr to only be present in court to represent those poor individuals and to negotiate a "deal" with prosecutors for these petty criminals. But here is the most interesting part: The hired "public defender" meets with his supposed client to only inform him/her that the D.A. is offering a deal, "take it or go to jail". Jail is guaranteed whether guilty or not. And the prisons and jails are full, full also of people who may be innocent. The prisons are full and there is no more funds.

PRISONS ARE FULL OF INNOCENT PEOPLE AND PEOPLE THAT THE D.A. AND JUDGES ARE MAD AT!

While the prisons and jails are full where states are compelled to release people who committed non-violent crimes. The state of California was ordered by federal judge of their circuit to release some 30,000 prisoners. The state of Texas have created a program that released enough prisoners to empty a full medium security prison (by the way, Texas was the staunch advocate of "locking them up"). The former governor of Illinois pardoned all death-row inmates. One southern governor before his departure released some prisoners. Why? Even the most conservative governors realized that when they are at the helm as commander in chief, that it is not economically beneficial to the state's fiscal chest to keep "locking them up". Why?

Because the system is broken, and the system is not just and the states' purses are starting to feel the pinch. After all the money spent to pay lawyers who didn't do nothing except standing next to the accused, and after states have spent thousands to keep people in prisons. There are still some innocents currently incarcerated. How are the states are going to handle the innocents, and the "not so innocents", but wrongly convicted?

DNA IS NOT THE ONLY WAY TO EXONERATE

The Innocent Project Programs in many states did some good to exonerate many and innocent prisoners are grateful to Barry (forgot his last name), and Peter Neufeld for the program, and it is so needful. And because the system is so unjust, and corrupted because just like the greedy Wall Street executive, the judges and prosecutors, and police officers are using their work-place as a tool to punish their opponents and those who may disagree with them or others they loathe for whatever reason and one of the main causes for putting people behind bars who may have committed no crimes is racism. The prisons in this country are full of black men and men of color, thru shady deals with the same attorneys the state public defenders hired to represent these poor defendants. And often they may have committed a crime, but the way the officers of these courts (the D.A's and judges and public defenders) have those convictions are not permitted by the same "Constitution" they took an oath to protect and serve. And usually that team consist of three white men (one judge, one prosecutor and one public defender). After this unholy deal you will most likely find these same men drinking in a tavern or golf course. Yes, they retained a wrongful conviction and they retained a jail cell for that so-called "sub-human". How could this system be fair?

THE INNOCENTS AND WRONGLY-CONVICTED ARE PART OF THE 1%

While the OWS project is spreading around the country, they need to be reminded that there is a remnant (the forgotten prisoner) who have no-one to fight for him. Consider the prosecutors and the judges, if they made a mistake there is no law to keep them accountable, if they made a mistake, it's a mistake that the one who is injured will have to live with, because they can't be sued. If a judge purposely lied, or cheat for profit or because of a family member, the law does not allow one to sue him or her. They have absolute immunity. Even if you had proof of misconduct, no attorney will dare take the case in front of another judge (that is the death of this attorney's career in the courtroom of the United States). Likewise judges protect other judges, unless the media got wind of the story first.

WHO WILL OCCUPY THE COURTHOUSES FOR THE INNOCENTS

Currently in prison there are three classes of people in prison: 1) There is the "guilty", 2) there is the actual innocent (of actual innocence) 3) and there is the factual innocent (people who some reason did not have the mental requirement at the commission of the crime). The states really don't care about who are in prison, what the states care about is: "If you are in prison (already convicted)" the states do not want you out because of the embarrassment and possible lawsuits that may follow.

JUDGES ONLY FOLLOW THE LAW FOR THE OTHERS

One may say "Well, judges are following the law". Wrong, judges, even the best of them, follow the law sometimes, or when it is convenient for them. When it will injure them or another judge, they are careful, so they don't get the favor returned.

JUDGES TREAT THE RICH AND THE POOR DIFFERENTLY

When the rich came to court with a team of lawyers he/she gets justice swiftly, the rich will not go to jail until after trial, he will bail even where bail bond is not available. The poor (especially the poor "black man") will go to jail instantly on suspicion, for instance the case of Troy Davis in the "Antebellum South", this man died for a crime he probably didn't commit and justice passed his case by. The United Supreme Court which was to be the champion of the "Constitution" will let a man die; and not take his case, but will take the case on "Citizens United" and stick their nose in the Obamacare and decide its constitutionality. But won't take the case to decide if a state's conviction was legal. In a case called Herrera v. Collins, the United States Supreme Court wrote that: "Being Innocent" is not a constitutional violation. Isn't the "Bill of Rights" of the Constitution the backbone of these famous words, "Innocent Until Proven Guilty"? Isn't it more important to reunite a man with his family than to make sure corporations "giving money" to election candidates?

HABEAS CORPUS WAS DESIGNED TO FREE THE INNOCENT AND JUDGES NOW [ILLEGIBLE] AND CHANGED ITS MEANING

Prisoners like myself used to trust the U.S. federal courts, but nowadays, even the federal court is courting injustice and covering for their fellow judges in the states' courts. The law has no meaning and is not protecting the state prisoner in the federal courts. It was the federal court judges and the U.S. Supreme Court which instigated Congress under Bill Clinton to be tough on crime and advised that Congress to pass the "Anti-Terrorist and Death Penalty Act" (AEDPA), making Congress believe that the "courts' calendar" was too full because of prisoner's litigations; in the process Congress gave the federal courts the power to deny the state prisoner's case often because they recognized the name of their fellow judges who they play golf with on vacation, and the prisoner, possibly the innocent prisoner, will spent the rest of his life in prison because two judges want to bond on the golf course at the prisoner's expense.

THE COURTS DON'T HONOR PRO-SE LITIGANTS

The courts, even the federal courts, don't always honor the poor indigent's papers when they are sent in to the courts, except they are accompanied with the bar number of an attorney. They summarily denied all papers sent by most prisoners, especially if "another" judge is implicated. For instance if one wants to investigate my criminal case they can see that the courts, even the federal courts are conspiring with the decisions of the Wisconsin courts because I pointed out that Wisconsin judges committed misconducts in the judicial procedures of my case. Yeah, the most powerful individuals in the Wisconsin legal community handled my case.

IN WISCONSIN IF YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT JUDGES AND PROSECUTORS TO THE BOARD OF PROFESSIONAL AND ATTORNEYS YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED IN WISCONSIN COURTS IF YOU ARE A PRISONER

If an inmate complains about the judges, prosecutors the complaint is ignored, and you are more or less chided for even complaining, even if you have solid ground. As in my case the prosecutor who prosecuted me was the president of the (WDAA) "Wisconsin District Attorney Association" (and I did not know that until three years after my conviction). And my trial attorney who was supposed to defend me was a "commissioner" in a different county in Wisconsin, he lied to me, and my subsequent attorney; when I filed a complaint against him with the "Board of Professional and Attorney", a special investigator out of La Crosse (the county where I was charged); the investigation was suspended and until this day I don't know what happened, I was given no notice. Later I found out that the attorney was a member of that same board that was supposed to investigate him. And I also filed a complaint about the prosecutor also (he is now a judge in that county), because he refused to give me copied documents I requested to fight my original case in courts. Documents that would have helped me eventually fight my case. He denied all requests. When I complained to the board. The female attorney wrote back stating that: "you can't file a complaint because the D.A. won't give you copies", (meaning he doesn't have to give you copies), copies that would help prove my innocence.

THREE FEDERAL JUDGES THINKS THAT "IT DOES NOT MATTER IF I AM INNOCENT OF THE CRIME!"

I brought my case to the United States Seventh Circuit for a Habeas Corpus review (by the way the chief justice in that circuit presided), and they wrote in their opinion that "Accordingly, we DENY authorization and DISMISS Maxy's application. We warn Maxy that the court sanctions litigants who persist in submitting frivolous papers." (see case no 12-1892-)

THE JUDGE THREATENED ME TO STOP FIGHTING FOR MY FREEDOM

See, that's what power the (AEDPA ACT) gave these federal judges, but Congress did not legislate the statute like that, it was meant to stop frivolous motions to the courts. It was not designed to hinder the prisoner who had a valid complaint about another judge. That's why my motion was about a judge (in the Wisconsin Court of Appeals) who lied about the evidence I brought to that court to keep me incarcerated. The federal judges are trying to silent my motion by threatening to sanction me if I bring any more motion about the judge (who wrote the opinion in the Wisconsin Court of Appeals), and who lied to cover for another judge in the lower court in La Crosse. See, judges covering for each other. And they know quite well that I don't have an attorney to defend me. They know I have no-one to help me, in the legal system 'cause I am an indigent, "Pro-Se" litigant. So who's going to occupy these courts for us (who can't fight for ourselves - the innocent prisoners)?

So when are the Occupy Wall Street movement will occupy this arena of the fight for the poor?

OWS NEED TO START LOOKING FOR A LEADER TO LEAD INTO THE 2012 ELECTION TO SEND THE MESSAGE TO THE WEALTHY

Finally, the OWS movement need to gather their troops around a few leaders who could speak for the 99%, to make sure that the rich understand that we do have a voice and a vote, and mainly to put OWS on the political map because even the press is starting not to take the "Occupy Movement" too seriously, and if OWS want to suppress that idea they need to rally their votes and make an impression in the political landscape. Either party will not take the occupiers so lightly next time; thus the individuals who have occupied the streets of the metropolitan areas of the country need to get ready to vote to make their present be felt, and let it be known that it was your votes that change the tide. Otherwise, they will continue to think that OWS is just a bunch of people living and sleeping in tents who have nothing better to do than that. The press already showed it that the movement is harmless; but the rich and wealthy know it is a movement they are most feared of. And if the movement want to apply that pressure, it must be felt in the 2012 votes. That is the only way!
