THE TWO PROSECUTING ATTORNEYS

The prosecuting attorneys job is not to win convictions, but rather to assure justice has been served. The prosecuting attorney has an ethical duty to turn over all the evidence to the defense. Including favorable evidence pointing toward innocence. The appellate courts will overturn a conviction when it is discovered favorable evidence was not turned over. Especially when the withheld favorable evidence raises the question as to the validity of conviction. In my case, favorable evidence was not turned over by the prosecuting attorneys in every aspect of their case. Making me appear overwhelmingly guilty, and assuring I would be convicted. The prosecuting attorneys are even held accountable if it is discovered the police withheld the favorable evidence from them. The prosecuting attorneys had the burden of proof, and cannot condone the withholding of favorable evidence. They misrepresented the evidence as being overwhelming as to guilt. They told the jury the evidence was not, and could not be disputed. Worse yet - after my conviction when the evidence of police misconduct surfaced, showing they withheld evidence of not only my innocence, but in fact allowed the real killers to go free to possibly kill again. These prosecuting attorneys shunned, and continue to shun their ethical duty to come forward to correct the miscarriage of justice I suffer, due to their failure to assure justice prevails. These two prosecuting attorneys have been allowed to sit in the shadows while others colluded with them to obstruct justice through forcing a facade of legal representation on me in the appellate courts. I built a substantial appellate record fighting them, but failed due to a loophole in the law saying I could not file on my own since I was being represented. I did not allow that to deter me, and now I am appealing to this court of public opinion. Help me to compel these two attorneys who prosecuted my case on fabricated evidence, to come forward and admit I did not

receive a fair and impartial trial. I am innocent of any kind of murder, and these two attorneys will have to admit the presumption of innocence was denied me due to the withheld favorable evidence. Please help me obtain mass media attention, and reach the legal community with the evidence of corruption functioning within their ranks. Please help me bring this 30 year nightmare to an end ... Thank you, for reading my blog, and please share it with all you feel can, and will be of help.

Respectfully,

Milo, I am going to do my best to pass your blog onto some websites I know of (and other blogs as well ran by those who do their best to look into cases) that are involved in proving innocence if at all possible. If I am able to reach one man through e-mail via his website/blog Ill request that he get in touch with you directly. I have never met him or written to him but hopefully he will get my message and take it seriously. Ill ask that he at least take a look at your story, because he does a great job. I also know that he has written himself (and I agreed with him) about his view of prosecuting attorneys which you discuss here and its very true in most cases where innocence is lost in all the misconstrued rambling, etc. I truly do wish you the best and will past this blog and its web address on to all I know involved in law and involved in innocence proving/looking into trial records for things not correct and many other things they do out of the kindness of their hearts. I know if I leave the web address for them, they can reach and read this blog easier/quicker that way. Wish me luck getting one of them to answer me and better yet, to contact you via mail which is my goal most of all. Stay strong, CC
