Dear Reader: Nope, this is NOT the drawing of a bear cub I promised you, but it is an ironic drawing I received regarding "Meatball" (Google it) from one of my favorite orgs - The Wild Animal Sanctuary in Colorado (information@wildlife-sanctuary.org). Boy, if my warden cared for us as much as Pat Craig there cares for animals in need (mostly large predatory mammals...)

If you please, tell Pat I said: I'm a notorious litigator, so know what I say. An agency can't enact a rule or policy or code that conflicts with a statute in the state - there will be a CO statute saying so too, look it up; neither rules nor statutes can be reinterpreted based on a change in administration, + its original purpose as evinced by how it was originally applied, must be respected. Such is the law of statutory interpretation, in WI, + elsewhere. Any bum lawyer should be able to win his latest battle. Good luck.

HomelessBear.org - check out this site, readers, + tell 'em I said "howdy".

Where you can save this bear's life, and the lives of many more...

It is weird, isn't it, how people seem to have more compassion for other animals than their own species, isn't it. Alas, such are my sentiments too. Us damn monkey people can be just plain rotten to each other!

My best to ya all.

Nate
