DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S & ANNIE DOOKHAN
RE-ENTRY PROGRAM

I strongly believe that the responsibility of the drug lab scandal falls under the influence and pressure from the District Attorney's Office assigned to those counties that are involved with the prosecutions and outcome on those cases.

The Massachusetts Judicial Branch has power over the other Branches of the Government and now is the time that the citizens of the Commonwealth should change the way they are electing the District Attorneys who have political power over the media who overlook Constitutional Guarantees to persons being arrested. Connecticut has a model system of appointing the District Attorneys instead of electing them.
