yo bro, just a quick note to let you know i am doing alright just waiting for the end of july to get here so i can go home. i sent you a card yesterday, just wanted to say i love you andi think of you often.
What up, brother? I regret my lack of communication over the last few months. I wanted to shoot you a quick note on your blog -- Nice! -- and send you a longer letter later (Say those three words three times!)
MY NEWS! *I have MOVED to Flagstaff, AZ to be with my SweeTEE, KaTEE! You gotta meet this girl, she's A-MAZ-ING!
*I'm lovin' in. Small town (60K) living is da bomb!
*AND...I'm attending a Master's Program at Northern Arizona U in Flagstaff this Fall.
*AND, unlike the last three years at this time I am NOT depressed!
Whoohoo!
I was just listening to a couple of your songs from the First UU Church Variety Show!
I miss your fire and your warm energy! And I'm glad to see this forum as a place for your to share your light outside your current place of residence!
Thank you for your new rap. It is really deep. I can sense your sincerity in it. You really put yourself into your raps which is what makes them so powerful. It reminded me so much of a 1967 song by Cher. An important part is the refrain:
“And the beat goes on, the beat goes on, on, on, on, on, on Drum keeps pounding a rhythm to the brain.”
Though times change, it seems nothing really changes which is another theme I noticed in your rap.
I look forward to your next posting. Keep up your creativity. The brain is like a muscle. The more one exercises it, the stronger it gets.
