Hello Luis, I'm not sure if you remember me or not but this is Ami Legarreta. The reason that I haven't written you in so long is because I lost your address and I couldn't find your mom's information. Are you still in Gardner, Mass.? If you are, I found your address. I'll write to that address to see if I get a response. Well, take care of yourself and hope to talk to you soon. I would put my address so you can write me but this message is going to be made public. Take care and I hope to hear from you soon. Always, Ami
Joe, this was beautifully written and thought provoking. A true message. Thank you for your kind words. I always tried to make you happy. We discussed your discontent many times. I could never understand how a loving family and jobs with COMPANIES (yes, plural) people would have given a limb for to be employed by, beautiful homes, cars, trucks, hobbies didn't make you happy. Now I understand. It wasn't your life that you were dissatisfied with it was yourself. I think you are like a little boy in a toy store who just wants everything and when he can't decide on a toy, leaves the store with nothing. I only wish we had all this understanding long ago. Don't you? Take care of yourself...I love you. Shannon

This is a devastating piece of writing. The author has bared his soul in a readable style, and the reader can only marvel at his courage, while feeling sympathetic to his plight.
A tribute to the power of the written word. Keep it up, Allan.
The more you write, the less you become a whisper on anybody's lips. Keep sharing these honest, beautiful poems with us, your readers. Thank you for your inspiration.
I do believe, the time of being lost and in Limbo is a time to re visit yourself, to take the time you have been given to start to look at who you are and who you want to be, as well as who you shold be> I have always thought that human life is no different to that of a sapling or an oak tree, we grow streight and strong, most of us, when we are old enough to make choices, so with this choice and right to choose we begin to branch off, in all sorts of directions, we are taught right from wrong and good from bad, in our heads we decide the right way or the good way is not alwys the easy way so we look for alternatives, that is when we begin to make mistakes and error's in our judgements, that is were eventually the law makes the decision on our error's and tries to find a way to " make " us see the light , the right and the wrong the good and the bad. This becomes almost contraversial once we realise those who make the laws are the greatest crooks of all. So my friend what I am saying is you and you alone are the only one that should make your own judgement on yourself ..It is long sense believed, once the oak tree falls back to earth it is reborn and grows streighter the next time for it is that much more knowledgable ,,, an Indian quotation. You are there to fight, to live, to believe and to learn, you are being prepared for your next adventure in life, weather it is this one or the next one, you are the new oak tree which will be reborn and will grow streighter and stronger next time, Only you have the right to judge the true you my frined ,,, keep those words and remember them always ,,, Only you ..
I have sent Mussy an email,
Keep safe and know I am thinking of you always and know your creators are as proud of you as I am
