Dear Chris Trotter, my name is Stephanie A. I have watched the tv show about your stay in prison and the reasons why they gave you such a large sentence. I beleive that you made a mistake and like many others you were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Also I beleive that you have already spent too much time in jail and you deserve a new chance to enjoy life and redeem yourself for everything. For what Ive seen I think you are a good man now a man who is not a monster but lives inside a monster and I wish with all my heart that you can get out of jail anytime soon. I sent you a letter in the mail but it might take a long time for you to get it since I am overseas please let me know when you received it. Blessings and a big hug, Steph...a friend
I like your art work. It looks like as you would use the process of drawing to transform you inner feelings into something visible. I love the "They railroaded me" drawing the most. It is a very special self portrait of yourself. Keep up the good work!
I like your colorful art work. It looks like as you would enjoy drawing as a little escape from the daily circumstances within prison reality. Thank you for sharing with us! Keep up the good work!
Thanks for bringing my attention to Marley's Mission! What a cool program! I'm going to follow them on Facebook.
I used to volunteer with an equine therapy program, but it was geared toward people with physical disabilities. The horses helped the clients with things like confidence, too, but it was considered more of a side benefit.
Please tell us more about your Lifer's Organization and how it is able to donate money to places on the outside. I'm curious to know where the money comes from and how the group decides where it will go? Would you say 'giving back' is important to the lifers?
