Hey buddy! Long time no talk...again! I don't know why I haven't been getting calls from you. In a message you left on my cell you alluded the fact you couldn't collect call me directly. I know it was only a couple months ago that I renewed my subscription to the collect call service. Speaking of subscriptions, I think I ordered you somewhere along the line of a half dozen magazines. I hope you have started to receive them and they help you keep abreast of what's going on in our lovely world. Take for example, our lovely political environment and the full range of choices we have (had?, never had/>. Anyways, I hope you're doing well and we can figure this phone call situation out soon. As for news on my end, my parents moved out and Christina and her 6-year old daughter Alani moved in. I basically told my parents to get the hell out! Haha, you know that was a joke. They wanted to downsize and simplify and returned to one of these 55 and over communities that are all over florida. The only difference this time, from the one they were in last time is they really downgraded and went with a much more modest community. They didn't like the stuffy, nose-in-the-air type people in the one my mother first bought back even when you and I were in Cali. Other than that, life is pretty much the difficult, stressful, inadequately satisfying thing many older people were inclined to make us believe.
My carpet, tile, and air-duct cleaning business is doing horribly (I could be doing a lot more--for example spending more time figuring out how to show up on google searches people make in the area). From flood clean-ups to carpet cleaning, to cleaning yachts, I've have good variety of services and can often do them better than stanley steamer (joke) and sometimes work like serv-pro (which handle jobs as big as an entire house full of mold or a rotten dead guy). They clean up all sorts of things. Interesting right? lol Anyways, let me send this off to you and keep this page open to transcribe one of your letters today--now that I finally became the proper kind of member who could do so.
Take care buddy and choose your battles wisely,
Chris

I almost forgot my password! But I succeeded!
Hello Kelly, how long it has been!!! How are you doing?!I hope and pray all is well with you. ;))I missed you a lot, my my...
I see a few months went by.
I am here now in Mt Sterling, visiting George.
I had had the 6hr visits on weekdays.
When i flew to the airport of Milwaukee- his dad preferred so- because he lives in Wisconsin,we drove many miles!to reach our hotel in Mt Sterling.John, a friend drove us, like usually.
We arrived rather late to visit George. There we heard we had to register in the morning already!Next a female warden shouted: don't put money, but I already did because I had haste! Then we heard George was in segregation!
And his dad(92) could only visit 2 days!
The next day we heard in the "1 hour" visit that he was there because he had received a ACTIVIST newsletter(socialistic); can you imagine!!!He got it before and they also let it come in!!
A warden who had managed to put him 2 weeks in segregation before, searched his room and managed to do it AGAIN!So now, I can visit him ONLY twice a month for only 1 hour, Kelly. :(
He had given me a name to call, from someone who could eventually help him. This man did look after his case, but we'll have to wait for the response of Internal Affairs and that investigation could take up to a month!
It's real sad; i came from so far and get only 4 hours for those 2 months.
Today George turned 67 and we spoke the second time behind glass...I can't buy anything either. He is cuffed. We still can laugh though.I've still the 1st of July and the 8th with his dad.I stay after the last visit in an motel close to the airport. The next day I fly back to Belgium.
So now I see with my own eyes what he has to go through, Kelly :(
I can't get in my email, and had to make a new account; but this I could get into.
Have you heard from the attacks by terrorists on March 22nd? It changed our view for ever...
On the 28th of January Lars was born, a brother to Lynn. She is very intelligent and 2 and 5 months old now. Their parents are Elke and Bart.;)
Leslie and Philip decided to stay in America, San Diego. They bought a house there and just moved.
Well,I would love to hear from you!

x Rita

Tim,
I have spoken to B about your suggestions and we both agreed that it was extremely disrespectful that you would suggest a visit from me. Although we acknowledge the work you do and efforts, but at the end of day this suggestion was and is wrong. We will stop all further communication and please don't even include me in any future conversations.
Be Well,
D. Noonan

Contrary to the headline screaming.....A KILLER IS BACK IN CUSTODY

Joseph Yandle did indeed falsify service in Vietnam and used it as a cornerstone in a petition for commutation. He was the getaway driver whose partner shot and killed a man in an armed robbery.......he was not the shooter, another fact considered in his commutation. The truth was revealed 3 years later and his parole was revoked. He has been paroled and revoked twice since then, in the full knowledge that he was not a Vietnam Vet, with his latest parole granted in December 2014.

Joseph Labriola was sentenced as the shooter in a murder. He also granted himself parole by escaping from prison and stayed on the lam for 93 days before being recaptured and returned. He told a reporter from the Boston Globe as recently as 4 years ago that, if given the opportunity, he would escape again. Hardly an ideal candidate.

In your words......."it's time to set the record straight".

Joseph Yandle did indeed falsify service in Vietnam and used it as a cornerstone in a petition for commutation. He also cited rehabilitation and education (he earned both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree whilst incarcerated). He was the getaway driver whose partner shot and killed a man in an armed robbery.......he was not the shooter, another fact considered in his commutation. The truth was revealed 3 years later (hardly immediately declared in violation!!) and his parole was revoked. He has been paroled and revoked twice since then with his latest parole granted in December 2014.

Since Soffen shuffled off the mortal coil I knew you would need another poster child. I am sure that you will find someone else to fixate upon. I'm just not sure that Joe Lab is the best choice.

You don't know the guy............you don't know the case. Because of some honeyed words you have decided he's innocent. I believe you are the innocent one and can't see the fact that he is running game on naïve people.

He is in exactly the right place.
