Greetings
Thank you for understanding our situation of us buried alive in these concrete tombs. Our stories hopefully will have the effect intended to break the chains of oppression by bringing to the attention of the taxpayers how their hard earned dollars are being spent. Juan Mendez, the UN rapporteur on torture, is currently working on complaints from California as per the protocols of his office i.e. conducting an investigation, talking to California authorities, etc, in response to charges of torture and cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment. Hopefully!!!
