Wow! Is all I can say in the wake of a senseless act, on 4/17/13. Even as I sit here on death row, for an alleged crime against mankind, I cannot for the life of me wrap my mind around why a man would kill, maim, terrorize, kids, women without gaining anything & commit suicide!

I don't want you to take this the wrong way, but I feel that a crime committed, due to circumstances [be it need, want, greed or whatnot] and even a political statement, there lies a reason for such actions. There is no statement here, just a seemingly random act of mayhem! That cost an eight year old his life!

People are living their life at warp speed and miss the eradication of our future generation, the numbers are overwhelming, as I sit here and read a prison newsletter (San Quentin News.com [April-2013]) that says in CA alone, in 1970s, the prison population was 19,000! In 1990 it ballooned up to 93,000, and the county jail's population went from 25,000 to 70,000! And nobody noticed!

California has passed more than a thousand laws blindly! Since the mid-1970s. It took the U.S. Supreme Court to rule against C.D.C. and declare California's prison system constituted "cruel and unusual punishment". California has overturned many of the laws, that "nobody" fully read until it landed on the people who has some power doorsteps, and started to affect their kids, and family.

"FEAR" has caused the American people to turn a blind eye to blatant acts of injustice, the prison population in California exceeded the national-growth levels between 1980 and 2010. The prison and parole population in California has increased 572%%% and 708 percent respectively!! While the national growth rate for each other state was 307 percent and 204 percent, respectively. People of California! And those in like circumstances, are we not being slain and terrorized, and pillaged of our future generations, as the people of Boston! When our law makers just make up laws out of FEAR. And it's too late, once we have incarcerated over 50% of our kids, without any chance of being stand up people because, we have sent them to the school of criminals, to be misused and abused and the world don't understand why they're so bitter when released only to return back to prison where they grew up!

"Now who's the criminals?"

Regrettably so!
