Family and Friends
Alright now! I got your comments. My bad on getting back late...
Time has a way of opening doors in a man's mind and heart. Things you think you paid no attention to seem to pop up in your head when they matter. I find myself thanking God for things that may be odd. I have no kids, but I thank God for family. They don't have to be present boy of the time. I'm thankful! I thank God that my situation has encouraged my lil' brothers that this life is not where it's at. When it looked like I was losing support, unknown friends popped into my life and pulled me up by my boot strings! Total strangers... Am I blessed? I keep asking.
I listen to others stories who're not far from my own and they're mad. So much anger and resentment and pain.
I love my family despite it all! And would die 100 times to save one of 'em. Sounds like rambling, huh? :) My point is this: family and real friends don't have to be here 24/7. No need to hold onto anger, resentment, or pain 'cause your God has a funny to show you, you are indeed favored by surrounding you with the right family and friends at the right time. And I am thankful for mine.
