Dear Cynthia,
You can never know how great it was to get a reply from you. I have been in here 15 years now and memories of you have occupied many, many hours for me: helped me stay sane.
Please drop me a line by the mail. I'd love to be able to just share my thoughts with you and possibly be a person for you to vent to. I am so curious as to what you know about some of the people we grew up with and how the old neighborhood looks.
I am a different man today, Cyndi. Just give me a chance and you will see that. I'll be 50 this year and in all those years I never felt as close to someone as I felt when I was close to you, way back when. I know I hurt you, and I am very sorry, but I would like a chance to possibly make it up to you. I really could use your friendship. It would be awesome to share stories of the old times.
