Hello world!
I am writing to you today with a disappointed heart. On August 19, my petition for writ of habeas corpus was DENIED by the Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Gary J. Ferrari, once again. This is the very same judge who on January 28, 2000 sentence me to prison for THIRTY (30) YEARS-TO-LIFE for a non-violent crime under this state's diabolical "three strikes law". Each and every time I submit a petition to this judge seeking a modification to this "death sentence in slow motion", he denies my requests. I don't know why this man has so much hatred towards me. However, I do know this much... Hatred never ceases by more hatred, but only by LOVE.
In my religion of "al-Islam", we have an adage in which I sincerely believe in, which is: "You get what you strive for." As my passion for my physical freedom is truly stronger than their prison walls, I will never stop striving in these California courtrooms in my quest for JUSTICE. I will always stand tall, for man and his laws did not create me. ALLAH did! Likewise, man and his laws cannot break me. And ALLAH never will. Judge Ferrari can take my "time".
