SARDONIC TRUTH

I recently asked my neighbor if he had any idea how many people would be witnesses to my execution? He told me he had no idea, but believed there were twenty four seats. He then asked me why I wanted to know? I told him, I was just thinking how sad it is to have more people come to see me executed, than visits I received over the thirty year period, I have sat here on death row fighting for my life...

After a moment of silence... I asked him if he seen on the news how Florida's Attorney General, apologized for postponing the execution date of one of the men scheduled to be executed, until October First, just so she could attend a fundraising benefit? He knew, I knew, he did, and asked me why I was asking him crazy questions? I responded, the Attorney General failed to follow through on my request to prosecute the evidence of a faction acting in collusion to obstruct justice in my case, through suppressing the evidence of my innocence. Serious allegations, I felt she was obliged under oath, to protect the integrity of the law, and therefore unable to ignore. Especially since the evidence being suppressed clearly shows how easily I can be vindicated by simply confiscating the five trial level attorneys involved in my case with the withheld favorable evidence they would each have to admit prejudiced them from providing me with a fair and impartial trial. Which proves when I stood midway through my trial and shouted I was being railroaded, I actually was being railroaded!

My neighbor interrupted me laughing, as he pointed out we both know how Florida's legal system is totally corrupt. Adding the real reason the Attorney General postponed the scheduled execution date was so she could satisfy her depravity through the abuse of her power and authority to attend both the fundraiser and the execution. Which he added says a lot about her character and laughed even louder as he went on to say if she helped to vindicate me, that would be one less execution she would be able to attend, as well as one less visit I would receive.

All I could do was to join in laughing at the sardonic truth of his humor...
