GREETINGS!!

Dear Papiscita;

Thank you for your correspondence, it is great to receive feedback from a free citizen. Please give my regards to your husband wherever he is.

I am taking this opportunity to ANNOUNCE MY POLITICAL CANDIDACY, running for the Office of Governor without political affiliation. If you read the attached letter my registration has been completed and confirmed, I.D. #14945.

It is very important to create a network of citizens who support my candidacy so that I can address the following issues of great public interest.

1. - Explaining how the politicians in this State have been able to project a tough on crime image, while on the other hand, there is a serious problem with corruption within the (3) Branches of the Government, which no one cares to discuss.

2. - I also want to express my concern with the school system, juveniles with gang affiliation are infiltrating the school system in urban and even suburban and rural areas.

3. - I am also very concerned with the State Parole Board System who have become a POLITICAL AGENCY, rather than a tool of REHABILITATION, even though the Probation Department is under indictment, - I would place both Agencies together under a new guide lines of justice. "PRESUMPTIVE PAROLE FOR THOSE WHO QUALIFY".

4. - I am opening my internet address to direct people to my blog for DISCUSSION, so that they can either TWITTER the subject matter or E-MAIL me with any comments at the following ("URL") http://betweenthebars.org/blogs/350/luis-d-perez.

Please note that access to the media is very difficult, the Department of Correction has many avenues to derail media attention from Correctional Facilities.

Well, my friend, again thank you for your interest. I am hoping that you can continue to pursue this political approach. Remember, God with us, who is against it? THANK YOU!!
