RIGHTFULLY BITTER

It is no secret I am a bitter old man! At sixty-three years old, I have spent the last thirty-one years on Florida's death row maintaining my innocence of any degree of murder. While overwhelming evidence proving I did not receive a fair and impartial trial is repeatedly suppressed...

Ask yourself why a legal system that is supposed to be equal and justice, refuses to allow me the opportunity to vindicate myself? Logic will tell you there is something seriously wrong!

All I want is a level playing field! To this point in time, I have been restricted to playing by rules designed to keep me from winning. By winning I mean, proving I am not guilty of any degree of murder. By leveling the playing field, I mean allowing me to confront on the record, the five trial level attorneys involved in my case with the favorable evidence that was withheld from them.

In the name of justice, I should have been allowed to confront the five trial level attorneys over twenty-five years ago when the withheld favorable evidence disputing every aspect of the case against me was discovered. Instead the legal system was manipulated to prevent me from vindicating myself, and continues to be manipulated to this day. Which becomes evident due to my not being allowed to confront the five attorneys with evidence they will each have to admit prevented me from receiving a fair and impartial trial... I have reached the conclusion, the only way I will be able to confront these five attorneys, is to achieve a mass public outcry to bring it about. The integrity of the law will continue to be violated until I can stimulate a mass public outcry to allow me to play on a level field. Where simply allowing me to confront the five trial level attorneys with the favorable evidence withheld from them will bring an end to the miscarriage of justice I have, and continue to suffer for over thirty-one years...

It is no secret the favorable evidence need to dispute the contrive evidence used to bring about my wrongful conviction was withheld (not revealed/hidden) from the five trial level attorneys involved in my case.

It is no secret the withholding of the favorable evidence by law cannot be condoned in any way, shape, or form...

It is also no secret I have been prevented from confronting the five trial level attorneys with the withheld favorable evidence. A fact revealing evidence of the existence of a criminal element operating within Florida's legal community who are guilty of obstructing justice (racketeering). Since they know a much wider pattern of their criminal activities would be revealed if I were able to confront the five trial level attorneys...

It is also no secret all the evidence when viewed cumulatively will taint Florida's death penalty scheme to the degree of it having to be abolished!

For over thirty-one years all I have wanted is a level playing field to prove my innocence of any degree of murder. So why does it seem like too much to ask for?

Here are a couple examples of how arrogantly corrupted Florida's legal system is. I have requested Florida's Governor, and Attorney General, halt the signing of death warrants until they prosecute the evidence in my case showing a faction within Florida's legal community being guilty of racketeering. Which is so broad it taints Florida's use of the death penalty to the degree continued use of it could lead to murder charges being brought against them. I also made death row appellate attorneys aware of my allegations of racketeering. So they could use that information to halt the execution(s) of their clients whose warrants are signed. None of these people have come forward to acknowledge and prosecute the evidence of racketeering. Which makes them complicit to the charge of racketeering!

I am serious about bringing all who are guilty of racketeering (obstruction of justice) in my case to justice. All I want is to vindicated myself of any degree of murder and bring an end to a corrupt legal system which has tainted the use of the death penalty nationwide...

Please notify media sources of my thirty-one year plight for justice. Spread the word over the internet of my audacity to challenge organized crime guilty of turning Florida's legal system into a racket!

Thank you,

Milo Rose
