Beautiful in the Poem

Trying to delieneate you beautiful in the poem
*love, faithful love, recalls thee to my mind--
over and over again, the poet shall remind
concerning a beauty of beauties and desired nature
I prefer over so many other women, no day solemn
you joyously belight, or night you glamour festive
so effortless, this praise of poetry I honoringly give
beyond civic duty by the laws of love, enraptured-
once upon a love story I love you too much to piece or part;
nor bury deep -- I don't know if I'm loved as grand?
A model; a motif I seek to immortalize in the art
of literature so lovely your letters read a spell to man,
woman, and child anticipating a lovers' untart
death shall disbreath, but eternally my love withstands----

Limerence

Leave me your kiss

May it bless me
to last a life of
you
stretching this caress of poetry.

Leave jealousy to
not acquaint
with sensuous lips
and lore of legend
is Limerence-

By me
leave me your kiss---

Rearview

If you said goodbye
got in your car
and drove away-
Why are you looking back
through the rearview
mirror trying to get
a glimpse
of what you are leaving behind
to not let ride---

Sistah Appreciation XXV.

blow my nose
and find you on the tissue
to get you out of
my system.

But,
it's not that easy
because:
If is not as---

This winter I became a mannican
Stood still while others commuted
Posed for passerbyers
To market my wares.

Spoke in silence
Did not budge to threats
Played Rihanna and Beyonce' for nutrition
And Keisha Cole

Woah! Your poetry really reminded me of the post-WWI, modernism era! Like T.S. Eliot and such. The passion drips off the page. Keep up the good work! And hopefully you'll find an answer to your love problems, if these should be real and not imagined for the poems.
