Subject: IM TROUPE, David
What should we do with our little TROUPE??!!! [unprofessional]
During my Sunday shift in the MHU I spoke with IM TROUPE, David in his comfy little cell in the IPU. As was expected, he attempted to manipulate the conversation, dictate his housing, and split staff - "Well, K.K. told me that he wants to keep me here", "Custody staff is talking about me that I don't belong here", "The nurses want me to stay here", and on and on. When I told I felt that he was stable enough to return to IMU North he told me to write it down and sign it.
Anyway, I feel it is time to move forward (or upward :) ) and send TROUPE back up to the North. It might even be useful to do a mini-intervention with him in the interview room upon his return to IMU North with all of the key players (K.K., B, W, and myself) to put an end to his feeble staff splitting attempts.
Please feel free to respond with your infinite wisdom, as two heads work much better than my teeny one :).
