BLOG POST #5 9-11-11 PAGE 1

Greetings to all! Thanks for viewing my blog post. Before I get into my blog allowed me to say my thoughts and prayers go out to you all who lost loved ones on 9-11 or have lost loved ones in the war which was a result of that terrible day. May God bless each and every one of you. Life's not always easy and we don't always understand why things take place, ut it's how we respond that makes us who we are.
On such a day as today my problems almost seem like nothing. For those who took the time to read my prior posts and wanted to read more, I'm sorry for the delay. My life has been a real rollercoaster lately. I've been eating with a lot of different things going on in the outside world. Even after 8 years it's still sometimes hard for me to realize that I have no control over what happens on the outside. It's a hard pill to swallow but it's the truth. When it feels like your entire world has been turned upside down, it often becomes hard to find solid ground again. while I've been dealing with my mother's health problems a lot of my frustration stems from the sense of helplessness that my situation presents. From everything such as my legal problems to my financial woes. For most of my adult and teenage years I was an independent person. It's hard to cope with having to beg others for help and all that. I try to be considerate of how the down economy has affected others but it's not always easy. If a person hasn't been through this then it's hard to convey how it feels.
I would like to try to conduct a little experiment. I'll be honest I doubt it will have any positive outcome but I guess maybe I shouldn't lose hope so easy. What I would like to do is ask anyone out there who reads my blog to donate what they can whether that be $1 or $20. Now this may sound like a joke or scam which is why I am including my most recent account printout. I'm not trying to get rich, I'm just asking that someone offer some assistance. I'll keep everyone updated on how things go and what I use the funds for. Now some may wish to know what I'd use the funds for. I won't lie, some would go towards buying things such as toothpaste, soap and deodorant. I would also buy the available appliances such as a fan, coffee pot and multioutlet. Also I would buy the clothing items I need such as boxers, gym shorts, t-shirts, thermals and tennis shoes or boots. I won't lie from time to time I would like to be able to treat myself to a pint of since cream or an apple pie. It's been awhile since I could afford either. Most importantly the funds would go towards a typewriter $225 and the items needed for its upkeep. I would use this typewriter to put together an 1107 writ of habeas corpus which is basically the only chance I have at any appeal. I would also use funds to purchase a copy of my court transcripts which are Noe Deo to work on a Habeas Corpus. They will cost somewhere between $100 to $150. There are a few other resources I may require to make my case as presentable and ready as possible. So far I've had no luck in finding any support in these matters. In the following pages you will find my proof of indigence as well as the instructions on how to make wire deposits.

I'm not able to send you a typewriter or wire you money, but I am willing to transcribe you writ if you post it. Also, just curious, why do they make you BUY your court transcripts? Shouldn't that information be available to you if you're involved in it ?
