For these specific issues you and others can send your complaints to the Connecticut Department of Corrections, Commissioner. I don't know what the web address is but there should be a section for complaints. It is actually helpful that you mention my name so that they know that I am able to get word out about what they try to hide. This is also a deterrent in any possible retaliation. Alternatively, if you or anyone else so choose, once can snail mail their concerns to the following:
