The Warrior Drizzt

Dungeons and dragons, fantasy fiction, elves, goblins, dwarves, giants...

A lot of people are into that, ain't they? I'm happy to be a part of that group myself. There's one I like in particular called Forgotten Realms with the male character called Drizzt Do'urden. The main theme of the series is that Drizzt grew up with bad ways and habits. Later in life, he realized that these were the wrong ways and values he didn't like. He leaves to the surface (he's part elf/drow that live beneath the surface) and finds friends that are different than him. Drizzt is a very skilled warrior with scimatars who uses his skills and weapons to defend the innocent and punish those that do bad to others.

The book is very deep and philosophical with actual topics that shock our conscious. My purpose is not to get people to read the book—although that'll be good—but to get people to look at culture and life as one reflecting the other. We must discard what's bad and halting progress, and uplift and encourage what's beneficial to our species and society.
