The Ten Commandments of Leadership
IN THE PRISON SETTING

I. Treat everyone with respect and dignity,EXCEPT THE PRISONERS IN YOUR CHARGE - TORMENT THEM DAILY.

II. Set the example for others to follow, LIE, STEAL, CHEAT, ABUSE, WRITE FALSE REPORTS. SLEEP ON DUTY.

III. Be an active coach, URGE OTHERS TO ABUSE WITH FERVOR AND SADISTIC GLEE.

IV. Maintain the highest standards of honesty and intensity, THROUGH FALSE REPORTS AND FICTIONAL NARRATIVES.

V. Insist on excellence and hold your people accountable, BY COVERING UP BEATINGS, FAKING SUICIDES, AND CREATING AS MANY CLIMATE ISSUES AS POSSIBLE.

VI. Build group cohesiveness and pride, BUY DRINKS AND CONDOMS FOR YOUR CO-WORKERS (REPORT YOUR STD'S).

VII. Shoe confidence in your people, KNOW THAT THEY "HAVE YOUR BACK' AND WILL CO-SIGN ALL LIES.

VIII. Maintain a strong sense of urgency, COLLECT YOUR PAYCHECK WITH A SKI MASK AS YOU ROB THE STATE.

IX. Be available and visible to your staff, SLEEP OUT IN OPEN AREAS. PLAY SOLITAIRE ON COMPUTER.

X. Develop yourself to your highest potential, TAKE AS MANY SICK DAYS AND PERSONAL DAYS AS POSSIBLE.

NEVER FORGET WE WALK THE TOUGHEST BEAT IN THE STATE
(WHEN WE ARE IN FACT AWAKE)

Thank you Tim, my friend! We must all strive to be mosquitoes buzzing 'round the giant's head. You certainly do and I, for one, am happy about that. Susan M.
