Sub: Mr. Otis. Lee Rodgers lost and missing childen

Dear Ms. Patsy Scott and Departmental Heads:

In regards to out telephone conversation December 13, 06 at 10:45 am, about one Mr. Otis Lee Rodgers AKA Brotha Akim Rodgers in the California State Prison, find enclosed the information that you have asked me to forward to you.

1. Letter from the Father Mr. Otis Lee Rodgers of his pain and suffering. I do not know anymore then the man himself has sent me in proof of his concerns and pain. I ask that you might have mercy on this father for his pains of the lack of knowledge of where his children are or even if they are in protective hands. I myself know of no greater pain then the lack of knowledge of our children and their health and safety. Plus, his crime has nothing what so ever to do with child abuse or endangerment to them. It being Christmas season and all we can do is just imagine what it is like to not know. But, this man is living the hell of not knowing.

2. All (4) of the missing children's Birth Certificates.

3. All the information to let you know that he is truly to this Ministries and I. Has his heart broken over this pain, after all he just wants to know if they are SAFE AND SOUND AND TO JUST SEE THEM.

4. Plus, Mr. Rodgers has sent me the CPS caseworkers name whom, which I might add, I have not been able, as of yet, to contact her. They did tell me that her office has moved. her answering service says she will be back into the office May 1-8. That is seven months ago, you would think the message would have been changed. To say the least, Mr. Rodgers has been sitting in pain at the thought for two long years of his children. Thus so far nobody to come to his aid and help.

5. Doesn't Mr. Rodgers not have the same right as Joyce, his wife, yet not getting them because not enough case workers like Angie from their office said.

I would like so say God Bless you for your time and consideration and precious energy to help Mr. Rodgers and his family in this matter. For it is the children that get hurt at all times in these matters. I pray that this letter opens a new door of love, respect and change for Mr. Rodgers and a BIG CHRISTMAS BLESSING to Mr. Rodgers.
