This Lonely Road

This Lonely Road

I've walked so many miles traveling this lonely road, alone inside this world with all the secrets I behold. With a mind full of parasitic thoughts as my emotions run reckless, I contemplate putting a noose around my throat like a necklace. Reminiscing about past relationships and broken promises, hoping I learn from my mistakes because really that's what knowledge is. I've broken so many hearts and shed so many tears, and as I sit in this lonely cell, I can't run from all my fears. So it's here I face the truth and have to deal with all the pain, accepting all of my mistakes from this life I've lived in vain.

Love,
Kiyoshi
